Career Development & Technical Mentoring
SSN pairs every consultant with a senior technical mentor who provides ongoing guidance on verification methodology, tool proficiency, and career planning. We sponsor training on new UVM releases, formal verification tools, and emerging protocols (PCIe Gen5, UCIe, CXL). Engineers on long-term engagements are supported through Accellera and Mentor certification programs.
Relocation Support for Sweden
For international engineers joining SSN and deploying to the Nordic region, we provide end-to-end relocation support: housing search assistance, work permit and visa processing, Swedish tax authority registration, and introduction to local community networks. Our goal is to eliminate the administrative burden so the engineer can focus on technical excellence from day one.
Compensation & Benefits
SSN’s compensation packages are benchmarked above Nordic market rates, reflecting the scarcity and specialization of our talent pool. Packages include base salary, performance bonus, pension contributions aligned with Swedish collective agreements, and private health insurance. Compensation is reviewed annually against market data.
Candidate Counseling
Before any placement, SSN conducts structured career counseling sessions to understand each engineer’s long-term goals. We do not place people in roles that do not align with their growth trajectory. This discipline results in higher engagement, lower attrition, and better client outcomes.
