ASIC/FPGA Verification Engineer
We are seeking experienced verification engineers with strong SystemVerilog/UVM skills to join SSN and be placed on long-term engagements with leading semiconductor companies in the Nordic region.

- 5+ years of ASIC/FPGA functional verification experience.
- Expert-level SystemVerilog and UVM — ability to architect and build environments from scratch.
- Hands-on experience with constrained-random verification and functional coverage closure.
- Protocol experience with at least two of: PCIe, Ethernet, AXI, APB, USB, SerDes, DDR.
- Proficiency with Cadence Xcelium, Synopsys VCS, or Mentor Questa.
- Experience with Specman e and eRM/eVM methodology.
- Formal verification experience (JasperGold / VC Formal).
- UVM RAL model development. SVA property specification and debugging.
ASIC/FPGA Design Engineer
SSN also places senior RTL design engineers with deep protocol expertise at client sites.

- 5+ years of RTL design using SystemVerilog/Verilog.
- Experience designing to at least one industry-standard protocol (PCIe, Ethernet, AXI, USB, CPRI).
- Synthesis experience with Synopsys DC or Cadence Genus.
- Clean coding practices: lint, CDC, timing constraints.
- Above-market compensation benchmarked to the Nordic semiconductor industry.
- Long-term placements with Tier-1 telecom and chip companies.
