‘Party’, he word itself brings joy to our eyes and senses. We all wait for some party time, where we can let loose and enjoy – dance, drink and eat. There is a common saying – ‘work hard, play harder and party hardest’. Partying is not as dangerous as people have made it sound. The fact is that doing it in moderation has numerous health benefits too. It helps you socialize, stay active, relief stress and tensions, gets you involved and more. It makes us happy and happiness is health.

You already have enough in your system from the previous treat. Moreover, salt will hold back the water in the body keeping you feel bloated always. Get more of fruits, vegetables, yoghurt and nuts to keep you bloat free and satisfied for atleast the next few days.
