1) Eat something with a strong flavor

2) Switch to healthy alternatives
Do not buy junk food very frequently for eating. Instead, fill your refrigerator with healthy fruits options. Next time when you crave for something sweet, then go for having curd with some fruits. You can satisfy your cravings in a healthy way by doing so.
3) Break your habits
If you are habitual of eating something sweet after your every meal or while watching TV you eat ice-cream or cookies always then you need to break your habit. By doing so, you will have fewer cravings for sweet.
4) Drink water in the good amount
Often you feel your body is craving for sugar but actually, the fact is your body is dehydrated. Always make sure you drink plenty of water to stay hydrated.
5) Go for a hot shower
Many people feel that after having a hot shower it provides relief when they face excessive sugar cravings. Allow the water to run through your back and stay there for 10-15 minutes to get relief from your cravings.
6) Have peanut butter
For excessive cravings for sweet having a peanut butter is really helpful. So next time when you crave to eat something sweet try to eat some peanut butter and you will notice your craving is gone just within few minutes.
7) Smell sweet scent of vanilla
By inhaling the sweet scent of vanilla when can get relief from strong cravings of having something sweet. You can mix few drops on vanilla oil with water and gently massage it on your neck.
