This subject is not easy to write about and that’s why creating assignments on it leaves students in a jittery. That’s where the support of their peers and teachers come into play. There are much more aspects needed to excel in this field for a student. So as a med student or a prospective one, you need to master the PM skills for sure.
This is a no-brainer as you need to master this language no matter where in the world you are studying medicine. English is a truly global language which is spoken and understood in virtually all the countries. That’s why a course in English is a prerequisite for all the major undergraduate and degree programs and the medical field is no exception. If this language is your mother tongue then you will not have much problem in understanding and writing in it but for students who use it as a second language there can be much problems for them and that’s where they need to excel.
The rules in English Grammar and Composition are the most confusing for the students whose native language is not English. That is probably the reason they look for a person who is adept in this language. In any med school be it in the US/Canada or a caribbean medical school, you will find quite a few students who are the master in this subject as they have studied this from their childhood and can offer exceptional support to you. If you are having any trouble in this, please understand this you need to excel in this before starting your med school or specifically the clinical research.
