#Dussehra – Conquest of Truth

Dussehra (Vijaya Dashami) is the tenth day of the Navaratri Festival. It is calls an end to the festival and is often considered as symbolic for victory of the good over evil. It is also evident of a new beginning. Navaratri is celebrated with great zeal across Northern and Eastern India. It is symbolic of the celebration of nine nights of battle of the good against the evil with the result of victory of the good on the tenth day. During this period, Mother Durga is worshiped as the deity of power, energy and wisdom.

As per Hindu Dharmagrantha (Geeta) -:

” Yada Yada hi Dharmasya glanir bhavati Bharata,
Abhyutthanam adharmasya tada’tmanam srjamyaham
Paritranaya Sadhunam vinasaya cha duskrutam,
Dharmasansthapanarthaya sambhavami yuge-yuge.”

“Whenever virtue subsides and wickedness prevails, I manifest Myself. To establish virtue, to destroy evil, to save the good I come from Yuga (age) to Yuga.”

Mainly,People are divided in three groups. Asura, Sura and Nara.
Cruel people are known as ‘Asura’. Best people are known as ‘Sura’ and Good/very good people are known as ‘Nara’.
When a king from amongst the cruel people rules over the country, at that time ‘Adharma’ and ‘Asatya’ rules over ‘Dharma’ and ‘Truthness’.
During ‘Satya-Yuga’ there was a King named as Mahishasur.
Mahishasur was from amongst the cruel people. During the period of Mahishasur, best people, good/very good people suffered a lot. Women, Children, Best people and good/very good people worshiped God and Goddess. Mahishasur got a boon from Bramhadev. A powerful woman can kill him in war. On the prayers The Almight Goddess came to earth to kill Mahishasur. The best people,God and Goddess handed over their weapons to the powerful Goddess Durga. Mother Durga killed Mahishasur and his soldiers.

During Tretaya Yuga there was a good King named as Dasharath. Dasharath was the king of Koshala. Ayodhya was the Capital of Koshala. King Dasharath had three Queens,Kausalya,Kaikeyi and Sumitra. Kausalya and Kaikeyi had one son each. Sumitra had two sons. They were known as Shreeram,Bharata,Lakshmana and Shatrughna. King Dasharath was loving Second Queen Extremely. King Dasharath addressed to the people of Koshala in Rajasabha meeting to give kingdom to his elder son Shreeram. The second queen Kaikeyi was advised by Manthara to make her son king of Koshala. Kaikeyi pressurized King Dasharath to fulfill her desire. Shreeram accepted pitrusatya and mother’s desire. Shreeram,Sita and Lakshman entered into forest for fourteen years. From Dandakaranya the Cruel king Raavan kidnapped Sita through a plan with Maaricha, the mayavi Asura. Maaricha turned himself to Golden Deer and reached at Dandakaranya near about The Kutiya of Shreeram and Sita. Devi Sita prayed to Shreeram to catch the Golden Deer. The Golden Deer took Shreeram into the deep forest. Mayavi Maaricha cried in the voice of Shreeram. Devi Sita Forced Lakshmana to help Shreeram in that deep forest. In the absence of Shreeram and Lakshmana, the cruel Asura King Raavan came to near the Kutiya in form of a Monk and begged to Sita for food. Devi Sita came with some fruits and stayed within the lines drawn by Lakshmana. The Mayavi Raavan told to Sita that he will never cross the lines and die without food. Devi Sita crossed the lines to give him fruits. Tantrik Raavan came to his actual identity and kidnapped Devi Sita From Dandakaranya to his Kingdom Lanka. With the help of Hanumaan,Sugriva and other vanars, Shreeram entered into Lanka to save Devi Sita. The cruel Asura King Raavan worshipped Lord Shiva, Mata Parvati and Lord Bramhadev. As Raavan was a Tantrik he used Vashikaran Tantra over Indra and their Devta. When Shreeram came to know it is too difficult to defeat Tantrik Raavan because Goddess Durga is helping him. On advice of Vibhishan,Hanumaan and Sugirva, Shreeram worshipped Goddess Durga during Navaratri. For Puja 108 Blue Lotus was necessary. To test Shreeram, Goddess Durga taken a Blue Lotus magically. It was not possible at that time in the part of Shreeram to provide another Blue Lotus to the Goddess Durga. Shreeram decided to offer his right eye to the goddess as his eyes are Lotus-eye. Goddess pleased over Shreeram and blessed him to win the battle. Goddess Durga left Raavan and Lanka(now Srilanka). Shreeram killed Raavan on next day war that was Vijayadashami.

The Powerful people should obey the Version of People, Truthness. Ladies,Children and People should be protected by the rulers. Goddess Durga gives advice to human beings to give protection to ladies, Children and Poor people. If somebody gives respect to the ladies, The Almight Goddess will bless her/him. A developed Nation is known as where ladies are developed with powers and prestige.
Powerful dreams can be fulfilled through will power and blessings of Goddess and God. It is also necessary to pray Mother and Ladies if you are a male person in earth.
