China’s education sector is transforming with a renewed focus on improving the standards

The development of the education sector is important for the success of every nation. Without a robust education system, it is difficult to compete on a global level nowadays. China has understood the importance of incorporating the same as soon as possible. Both the government and private institutes are showing tremendous improvement in offering quality education, especially with the recruitment of foreign teachers. Human resource companies like Haida HR have done a good job in this regard by bringing skilled foreign teachers from across the world to teach in the institutes in China.

The annual graduates in the country have increased by six times from 2001 to 2009, while the literacy rate stands at 96.36 percent. The country’s education system has become a high-priority area for the government, with the sector attracting a number of investors. The Chinese government wants the private projects to meet the growing demand by ensuring a long-term commitment. By bringing the foreign teachers to the forefront, it aims to improve the standards by shifting the focus.

These foreign teachers have been passing different and creative ideas, with an in-depth knowledge of English language and creative teaching styles. The private sector is also playing a significant role with recruitment companies like Haida HR hiring experienced foreign teachers for them. The next few years will be crucial for academic and vocational education, with China’s ministry of education releasing guidelines for educational reforms and development.

Education has been promoted in the rural areas of the country, under a number of initiatives and campaigns. As a result, investors and operators have established a presence across the different cities, towns, and villages in China. Traditional institutes and Internet giants have also started to sightsee other opportunities and make their presence felt in the training sector. The integration of online platforms and the rising significance of mobile-end users are boosting this industry.

On the other hand, Chinese students have also shown a lot of interest towards learning English and succeeding in the global marketplace. They are starting to learn the language from an early age from professional foreign teachers recruited by HR companies like Haida International China. A lot of Chinese students are now studying in developed countries like Australia, the US, the UK, Canada, etc and communicating with the outside world. With all these steps in place, Chinese education sector seems to be moving in the right direction, with right people at the right place.
